The Board of Directors

A board of directors is a body of elected members who jointly oversee the affairs of the Credit Union.  The Board consists of  nine (9) members who are elected to office at Annual General Meetings for three years and two alternate members who serve for one year after the election.  Each year at least three (3) members of the Board are outgoing and are eligible for re-election.

The Executive Committee of the Board is comprised of five officers i.e. the President,  Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, Assistant Secretary/Treasurer. These positions are held for a period of one year between Annual General Meetings.
